Returns & Exchange Policy

Here at Devon Soaps we are proud of our products, you can be assured that each bar of soap is made with care and thought. However, we do understand that sometimes things do go wrong or an item does not meet your expectations.  

If you wish to return an item please inform us of any issues along with a reason as soon as you receive your order, as all returns must be processed within 28 days.

 

  • Items returned for exchange must be in a resaleable condition and in the original packaging.

  • Please ensure you enclose details of your original order number and your name and address inside the parcel.

  • Affix the correct postage and return your parcel to: Devon Soaps, Parish House, West Down, Devon, EX34 8NF

  • We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

  • Please do not send items special delivery as we will only refund the postage costs charged on the original invoice, in the case of free postage on the original order we will refund a maximum of £2.99 towards postage.
  • If the item is deemed faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible via email hello@devonsoaps.co.uk and we will do our best to get things put right.
